swaddle

my husband learned one thing while i was in labor....he watched a video in the labor room about swaddling...he swaddled our son until he was 8 months old and the older he got the more the blankets did not work to swaddle correctly...cain was a big boy!! at birth he weighed 8 pound 9 oz and he grew fast so watching my hubby try and swaddle him every few hours because the blankets were to small was torture...cain hated the process but has slept thhrough the night and taken many naps because he was swaddled....so i researched splecial swaddle blankets...well i remember the "swaddleme blanket"( did not work) it came open faster than baby could wiggle out of a small receiving blankket..
