What traits do you need in order to qualify for the "Mod Squad"?
Friendly and outgoing personality -- as a moderator you will be the first line of contact when a new member needs help or has a question.
Level headed temperment -- though we try our best to avoid conflict, sometimes issues arise and the moderators will help to douse the flames.
Genuine interest in multiples parenting topics -- This one is a given and you probably wouldn't be reading this post if you didn't already possess this quality.
Some time -- I'm trying to type this with a straight face. A parent of multiples with even 2 minutes of free time? Yeah right! Believe me I know! Being a moderator is not a job and there is no required amount of time needed. Moderators will be in charge of keeping the forums in shape and on topic (this means moving threads when they are posted in the wrong forum, etc, etc) as well as helping to promote TwinParents.com.
